SENIOR WILL We the class of 50 of the Jefferson High School, of the county of Adams, and of the State of Indiana being in a state not explainable by any living person after 'four years of hard labor in the school ball and brawl gang, do hereby make and publish our last will and testament in the presence of the persons we haven't as yet persuaded to stay and listen to it. Our bequests individually and collectively are as follows. TO WIT: I, Eugene Wellman, will to David Whittredge my ability to get along with Miss Sprunger in English class, my good Deportment grades to Don Gerber. I, Emma Lou Morningstar, will my sense of humor to Floreine Lugin- bill, my pep to Betty Wendel. I, Carl Spangler, will to Gerald Miller, my ability to eat pretzels in Mr. Boller's classes without being caught and to Lyle Tumbleson, 20 pounds of my weight. I, Emma Jean Switzer, will Betty Wendel and Patsy Johnson my job of counting the candy and ice cream each day, and to Donald Gerber my seat in the study hall. I, Marion DeBolt, being of sound mind this January 6, 1950, will my -ability not to be coaxed to do a good turn to Floreine Luginbill, and my car to any Junior boy who Won't wreck it. I, Colleen Kelly, will to the Junior class of 1950 positively nothing and hope that they get absolutely nowhere with it. I, Bill Patterson, will my ability to make good grades and my good be- havior in English class to David Whittredge, my quiet disposition to Anna Smitley and my A grades in History class to Patsy Johnson. I, Melody Kuhn, will Norman Haines some of my height, my glasses to Anna Smitley, and my typing paper to Darrel Kuhn. I, Wayne Gerber, will some off my freckles to Ruth Lehman and my ability to behave in English class to my brother. I, Miriam Weaver, will my backless seat in English class to Lyle Tumbleson to either repair it or to become sway back from sitting in it. I, Bryce Christy, will my ability in Physics to Ruth Lehman and my ability to get along with Junior girls to Norman Haines. I, Alice Myers, will my typing ability to Norman Haines and my ability to be late to class and not be counted tardy to any member of the Junior class who can get by with it. I, Melvin Wall, will my ability to drive on a basketball floor to Miller and my front seat in English to David Whittredge. I, Martha Bailey, will my good Government and Deportment grades to Patsy Johnson, and my sense of humor to anyone who needs it. Ten
