The Seventh Grade Band meets during fifth hour every day. The instructors are Mr. Saarinen and Mt. Garwood. The Seventh Grade Band played in the band concert on May ninth. They played five pieces. Most of the members of this organization will be in the Eighth Grade Band next year.

The 1967 9-J theme was ttStardustW The party began with a movie. It was the Wackiest Ship in the Army? That was followed by a program by ourprincipal, Mr. Hart, and the ninth grade President, Mark LaVan. A dance in the gym followed. Scott Lawnts ttSeeds of Doubtt, provided the music. Refreshments were served. The 9-J ended with the reading of the ttClass Will and Prophecy. The eighth grade servers were: Jan Capone, Cathy Jansen, Mitch Anderson, Barb Carlson, John Johnson, Ronda Green, Wally Hansen, Debby Levine.
