l966: The Year of Change This was a year of change at Jefferson High School. Faces changed as new teachers replaced the old, and graduating classes were followed by new sophomores, juniors, and seniors. This kaleidoscope of change was also seen in cur- riculum variations as modern methods were in- troduced. Change was even more obvious as special events affected Jeff pupils. This year overcrowding brought dramatic innovations at Jefferson High School, To ac- commodate l79O pupils until the completion of a new school necessitated the creation of two new classrooms, and the addition of laboratory classes at seven and three o'clock.
