On the surface, the students of the high school may think that they are small parts in a large ma- chine, that the teachers and administration have absolute power over them, that they are so insigni- ficant that no one would miss them if they didn't exist. This attitude, however, can be seen to be wrong. The entire physical plant and faculty is dedicated to the education of the student body as a whole. Per- haps each person may be but a cog in a machine, in- dividually, but the high school could not exist with- out all, collectively. Yes, our entire educational Set-up here at jeff is aimed at changing the timid, small, less educated, underclassman into the suave, more intelligent, pol- ished, senior. STUDENT BODY At the left we see a scene which is very familiar in the halls of Jeff. Math teacher, Milt Leverenz, keeps crowds from forming in front of the main office.
