After spending so much time together such as during summer band, morning rehearsals, and after-school rehearsals, you can't help getting close to them. Being a leader 20 MM- 4.3 '--P 'P means being dedicated to a cer tain organization helping others compromising, and trying to undersl tand others. Yot need to be openl minded and ready to listen to suggesl tions that can help t h e w h o I el organization. Beind a leader alsd means being ablq to take charge of 2 situation with the respect and sup port of the, members of the organization. Respect and sup' port must be earned.
