His vision became a reality, transforming a Wilderness into the most beautiful school imaginable. He has continued to strive for Iefterson, giving us every possible chance for advancement. Ma. ll J W. fdmalfd 'ffice - Damage! ln an important office we find one known as a symbol of understanding, tolerance, lcindliness. All the joys and sorrrows of lefferson boys find their way sooner or later to his appreciative attention. No one finds difficult a conference with him. l-le is a living symbol of the demo- cratic principles which we hold dear. ln his capable hands we find our seemingly lcnotty problems not so serious after all. Things we thought impossible soon seem easy. Iefferson is very fortunate in having for its Vice- Principal and Dean of Boys our Mr. Raymond W. Arnold. OUR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS We love her remarkable understanding of our Joys and problems, her strong devotion to lefferson, her sweet friendliness, and innumerable other qualities that make her a Wonderful leader. All girls who graduate from Iefferson will remember her with deep affection. Her office assistants will always admire her lightning-like efficiency. Some of lefferson's finest and strongest have needed and found that little urge to go on that only sho can give so quietly and so calmly. We are very fortunate indeed to have Miss Frances Smith as our Dean of Girls. PAGE 23
