Prophecy Tonight is the last night of waiting. Tonight is the time to make my escape. In the distance I hear a faint sound. As it approaches I can see the form of a helicopter and guiding the machine is one of my former classmates. Lula Mullen, This is the first time in 10 years that I have either seen or expected an escape from my lonely dungeon. I rushed to the top of the stairs. climbed to the roof, and waved my arms with great excitement. The little ladder was let down and I immediately climbed into the helicopter. To my surprise Patty Carmean and Margaret Hilvers were sitting beside Lula. I asked them where they were going to take me and they said to visit my classmates of '51 in Delphos, Ohio, U. S. A. As We neared the helicopter station. which was lo- cated on the roof of Bob MacDonald's famous Italian restaauarant. I noticed Kenny Metzger who was now a pilot. and his Air Hostess-Carol Powell. tak- ing off for Africa. Their special guests were Ethel Mox, Gary Malin, and Bob Knapp who were going to test their Z- Bomb. I descended from the global apparatus and cautiously made my way to the edge of the roof. Peeking very timidly over the roof, for tear that I might be discovered, I noticed Chief ot Police Bob Hohenbrink and Dick Hiegel, the mayor. taking their afternoon stroll 3. S . 3 ,Q '
