From Wilde to Wilder ... Jean Boudrie and lom Harmer study hard to make the senior playa suc- cess. As iuniors the class of '66 selected The Importance of Being Earnest by Os- car Wilde as their annual play. As seniors they chose Our Town by Thornton Wilder. The main characters, which were chosen by Miss Carolyn Mathes and Miss Nancy Wil- cox, co-directors of the play, were Ray Aven- dt, who portrayed the stage manager, Everett Poore, Doctor Gibbs, Jean Boudrie, Mrs. Gibbs, Gary Betway, George Gibbs, Karyn Forbes, Emily Webb, Jack Absalom, Editor Webb, and Beth Roberts, Mrs. Webb. i Miss D.A.R. Miss D.A.R. for 'I966 is Judi Gustafson, an outstanding senior. She was chosen as the Good Citizen by the senior girls and the faculty. Judi was selected for such qualities as out- standing dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism to her school home, and community. She is an active member in the G.A.A., Yearbook Staff, Honor Society, Rainbow Girls, Fellowship, and Michigan Youth. The Nancy De-Graff Toll Chapter of the Daugh- ters of the American Revolution is the sponsor of the program. American Government is one of Judy s favorite classes

M S't E'll ' y IS GI' I 9871 IS SUCCESS... My Sister Eilleenu, by Joseph Fields and Jerome Chodorov was presented on the evening of April 22 and 23, l966, by the ju- nior class. The director of the three-act comedy was Mr. Jerry Nickles, the Drama Club advi- sor and speech instructor. Cindy Rush and Gary Hemry were the studentdirectors ofthe production. The play covers a twelve month period starting when two sisters lease a basement apartment in Greenwich Village. Bill Myers proposes a dinner date with Verna Parish. Several members of the cast work to polish one ofthe scenes. pczgc' 23
