He is liked by every one who knows him. He is the happy-go-lucky type and he always has a cheery smile. His pleasing per- sonality and cheerful out- look on life is sure to bring him much success. CECIL ALLMAN Cecil is a dark complex- ioned boy with dark hair and eyes. He is liked by all because of his friendly and courteous attitude. He is always smiling and happy.
