Dances Succeeding the first semester is surely a reason to celebrate. Everyone enjoys the Christmas Spirit Look at Santa! Anyone for an apple? The Gala event of the Season-The Viking Ball What do you call that?? Students never spend all their time with books, and collegians are no exceptions. During the school year there are many opportunities to let off steam at school-sponsored dances. Mixers began each semester and a sock-hop followed first semester exams. Open House and Library Move The excellent facilities of the new Technical Education Building were examined by the public at the Novem- ber 12 open house. Visitors were given tours and were ,M able to view equipment in operation and visit demon- stration classes. On December 14th, a monumental task was accomplished in less than a day. The library was moved by the student body from the Student Center Building to its beautiful and spacious quarters in the new Library Building. The Student Senate and Phi Theta Kappa sponsored the proj- GCT.
