Administrative Staff Mrs. Annie Rae Gray. B.S., M.A. A Mrs. Gray, Librarian, coordinates the quality services provided forthe students in the new library building. Great buys in books, supplies, and novelties are offered by Mr. Schlarb, Manager of the Bookstore. Mr. Phillip Schlarb, B.S., M.A. Mr. Dale Schatz, B.S. in Ed. M.Ed. This past year Mr. Schatz was appointed Director of Research, a position made necessary by the rapid growth of the college. 22 Mrs. Penniston is Director of Public Relations and thus fulfills an important role in relating the college to the wider community which it serves.
