cuss HISTORY cconmnuedb Nearly twelve years have pa sed and we now use the t1tle of nSenior N To start the year off rlght, we sen1ors Cln order to have a better hlstorlcal backgroundj v1s1ted the Chlcago Rallroad Falr RAILROAD FAIR We set sall promptly at 6 OO on September 29 and arrlved there at 9 OO, havlng untll 6 OO p m to won der about the grounds wlth our mouth hanglng open One of the most fasclnatlng features of the fa1r was the pageant entitled Wwheels A Rolllnn, Wh1Ch dramatlzed the historg of Amerlca Back home agaln, we began laylng plans for our senlor play, whlch we pre ented October 25 and 26 The play was a three act farce comedy entltled 'let Me Out of Here' After the play, to top off the evening, we had a party at the home of Harrls Hlne We senlors felt that we ought to be remembered by our re Wayne to have our plctures taken We were all sat1sf1ed ex cept a few who complalned the plctures looked too much l1ke them On the evenlng of the 28th, we attended an all school Halloween party, sponsored by the student councll There was danclng, both round and square, and afterwards, refresh ments Not yet thoroughly recuperated from the exertlons of the Halloween party the nlght before, we staggered onto the bus to leave for Indlana Universlty We had a very engoyable tr1p down, travellng the most scenlc routes and stopplng at places of 1nterest The football game Clndlana vs Pltts burgl was rather dull at flrst but proved to be very exclt 1ng later ln the game We w1ll not go 1nto detalls about the tr1p back, except that we stopped at Indianapolls to eat supper Our class officers are as follows Mary Hlnen Pres1dent Maxlne Teusch V1ce Presldent Gloria Sheets Secretary Joyce Hollenbaugh Treasurer Davld Judd Student Councll Representatlve Edwin Gernhardt Reporter 12 S .
