Saylor, Superintendent of Schools, was resigning this genial man who has gained many friends through his friendly and sincere manner has received his A. B. degree from California State Teacher's College, his M. A. from Pitt, and his Doctorate from Penn State he will make an excellent Professor at Westminster. HENRY W. PHARAOH Our capable and pleasant principal Mr. Pharaoh earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana State Teachers College and his Masters of Education at the University of Pittsburgh can always be counted on to help the students with any problems they may have. FRANK B LEINBACH Vice Principal FRANK B LEINBACH Our well known Vice-Principal and American History teacher is spending his last year at J. H. S. before re tiring. He received his B. A. degree from Franklin and Marshall and his M. A. degree from Pitt. The students of J. H. S. want to wish Mr. Leinbach success in his future, and to thank him for all that he's done for them. HUGH E. JUDGE The director of vocational education's office is in the Fourth Street Building a graduate of Carnegie Technology and General Motors Institute known for his pleasant personality. GERALD E. BOETTNER Our capable Guidance Counselor who also teaches solid and trig is also the sponsor of the Friday Square Dance Club he earned his B. A. and M. A. from Pitt and has done graduate work at Penn State, Carnegie Tech., Wayne University and St. Vincent.

THOMAS ABRAHAM A newer addition to our faculty is this well liked teacher received his B S. degree from Indiana State Teachers College and his Master of Distributed Ed. from Pitt teaches Commercial Eng., Arith. and Gen. Business in his free time likes to play golf. ELROY S. ALBRIGHT A teacher known for his many jokes, is the new Supervisor of Grounds and Buildings the competent sponsor of the Thurs. Sq. Dance Club received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State and Master of Arts degree from Pitt. ALFRED M AMANN Bachelor of Science and Master of Ed. degrees were received by this humorous and witty member of the faculty from Pitt our assistant football coach and sponsor of the Hunting and Fishing Club patiently shows his bookkeeping classes the differences between Debits and Credits . A. MARKLEY BARNES Does an excellent job of coaching our football team received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Ed. degrees from Pitt has introduced some new plays that really got that pigskin over our opponents goal line teaches Civics. HARRY N. BASOM Received Bachelor of Arts degree from Albright College and Master of Arts degree from Pitt is in charge of Commercial Academic Night School classes our handsome friend also enjoys sports teaches U. S. History spends his leisure time reading mysteries. WILLIAM H. BAUGHMAN Received from the University of Alabama his B. S. and M. A. degrees is kept busy by being the assistant football coach and wrestling coach teaches biology, health and physical ed known to all the students for his cheerfulness. 10
