M. on September 2 of the year IQ24 there was a great deal of commotion and confusion in the halls of Jeannette Hi h School. All this was caused by a group of noisy Freshmen who didnt know where to go or what to do. However with the aid of Mr. Stump and the chart in the hall these eaoer little people were placed in the rooms Our first few days at school were spent in arranoinv and rearranving our schedules and also in findinv our permanent report ooms When we at last found time to look around we found our whole class was divided into many smaller ones and that we were ln with many boys and girls we had never seen before But we soon learned their names and became fast friends After manv hardships durinv the first half of our Freshman yea the most of us passed in our mid year examinations Now we are lookin for ward for our finals and for the time when we can say with pride We are Sophomores Although vue havent had any parties this year we expect to make up for them next year Many of our class mates however belonv to Clubs that the Freshman are permitted to Join At the beomninv of the year there were 263 in our class but now there are onlv 239 This shows that many knew the walue of education Along with this knowledoe we have Gained there are three outstandino things we have learned One is to try to respect the Seniors another is to obey the juniors and the last is to try not to antagonlze the Sophomores With all this we think we w1ll soon be Sophomores ourselves CLASS OFFICERS President Frank Binda V1ce President jesse Patton Secretary jane Shaeffer Treasurer Nell McCaulley V X .
