PRO PHECY Ja Der, New York March lO, 1969 Dear Bonnie Jean, I hope this letter finds you in excellent health We were all very sorry you couldn't make the reunion I thought I'd let you know a little of what I learned about our old classmates and the things they are dolng Sixteen of us were gathered with onli you and Arnold Flint miss ing It seems he enlisted in the marines two years ago and was sent to the hawaiian Islands he enjoys the scenery, and just couldn't get a leave Jack Allen is the umber one rock and roll singer 1n America I guess he has quite a way with the girls too Kurt uemett manages a boy scout camp They sal he lonks very str iking in his bermuda shorts Loren Hayes, director of music at Columbia Universlty, manages to keen in line with Karolyn's guidance I guess she flnally hooked hlm As for Frank Kendall, he and Mary Ann are running a very suc cessful grave yard for old cars It seems tnat ike J'Brien is quite successful in the baseball fleld these davs he and h1s wife are raislng their own team Bill Leacd has recome famous for his inventlon of No Cal Pizza he runs a reduc ne salon in hls spare time Duane Creeley made it out from India where he is a very success ful oreacher his wife, the former Janice Learn, makes an excellent nreacher's wife Lorence Eevleston works for the New York Times It seems he writes advice to the love lorn, under the name of Aunt Sally Remember Bonnie Brabant9 how could any of us forget She's a medical secretary for a famoxs New York doctor now She's very kandv with the needle, so they sav Anna Nav Wllli hasn't gotten any taller in ten years but she's galred much fame She's about flea circus I guess vou've read about nexsoapers She became an air to rake the flight to the moon to tour the world wlth her famous Twila O'Dell on the front page of the line hostess, and was the first woman and b ck that bald spot has really covered up Slnce Chuck married Joyce Pmmm' Wonder what they teach at those beautician schools Evelyn Leach tore herself from her business whlch keeps her in Africa She's gone into the business of teachlng the natives to bowl Lorna, Hthe eyes Dernis is having a ball teachlng women the art of catchlng a man Well I'Ve got to sign off now My husband just brought my six little devils home from town Howard and I will be out to see you and Shelly on that 1,000 acre farm of yours one of these days hone to see you at our next reunion Sincerely yours, Cthe formerl Carolyn Garrison 18 S . , 0 -' 1 o i J .
