We, like all other classes have a hi StO1'yo Of the group that started first grade in Jasper, Janette, Clair and Buckv are the only ones who have remained to graduate In the second zrade Caroline came, in the third year of grade school Phil Morton entered the class and in fourth grade Doris and Sharon joined the class We had no more additions until the sixth grade when Ibn and Janice came to our fine school In seventh grade, Irene arrived The next year we graduated from eighth grade with Don for Valedictorian and Phil as Salutatorian When we were high school sophomores, Phil Earley came to complete the final eleven Now for some of our activities? In our freshman year we had a bake sale which was our only money making activity for that year lhen we were sophomores we combined with the freshmen class for a St Pat's Dance We also had a box social Early in our junior year, we broke an all time school record in magazine sales Then we sponsored a dance That year we also had a very successml 3 act comedy play entitled U Gabriel Blow Your Horn, with Phil Morton doing a wonderful job as Gabe, an old mountalneer Now, as seniors, we have sold stationery, had our senior play en titled nDesperate Ambrose,'Aga1n Phil Morton carried the leading role le've had our dances and several other money making projects lb had our senior trip to Washington which was anexperience we will never for get And so the history of the Class of 1955 comes to an end le leave behind us c cherished memories and we hope that our future history will be one to bring pride to Jasper Central School I-If qzgksi
