Class president, Janice, and her escort, Bob, lead the grand march through the PROM I 958 Sixty-four Junior-Senior Prom couples, on April 19, 1958, marched breathlessly over a white, rose entwined bridge into a magnificently transformed recreation room, Many long hours of preparation and hard work The prom gets off to an exciting start as Freddie, Dynella, Joannie, and Ron swing into action. This is the way things looked in the A.M. of the big day. l went into making a Garden in the Rain. Six hundred raindrops, a pond in which gold fish were swimming, and a real water sprouting fountain ac- cented the blue and silver decorations. The couples danced to the delightful music of Mike Dosch and his orchestra. Also enjoying the memorable evening were the chaperones, Miss Ruth Johnson, Miss Gertrude Mikkelsen, Mr. A. H. Gullikson, and the Junior Class advisors, Mr. Virgil Buchholtz and Miss Marjorie Nelson. if X U 48
