Dr. Harold O'Neal, Superinlendenr of Schools, joined rhe Jameslown school syslem in I963. A nalive Texan, he received Bachelors' and lvlaslrers' Degrees from Texas Chrislian Universily. and his docrorare from lndiana Uni- versily. Dr. C'Neal oversees school policy in all I3 local schools.
