December found the football An experiment in the use of lenses fascinate the students in a Physics experiment. Sally Gerber, Sandra Collier and Neil Beckwith do the experiments. Dick Claudon is taking the notes. squad honored by the annual banquet. At the head table was Mr. Ben Drollinger, School Board member, Superintendent Frank Allen, Mrs. Scott, Mayor lohn Scott, principal speaker, toastmaster loe Boland, Mr. Fetters, Mr. Kelly and Mr. Beinke of the Botary Club. The big day arrives in lanuary for the lun- iors - measurements are taken for their Senior rings. The jeweler measures Sylvia Wiggins finger size while Sharlene Bollins, Connie Wal- lace and Sandra Lovisa await their turn.

Not too many students elect the chemistry classes. Eleanor lsza, however, seerns to be thoroughly enjoying a labora- tory experiment. These budding journalists, Loretta Stante, Io Ann Mc- Loughlin, Allen Huber, Albert Vitale, Ianet Hernphling, learn how headlines are written in some ot Arnerica's leading newspapers. These eighth grade girls are learning early how to trace a pattern on material tor a dress. Lett to right are, Anne Kosin- ski, Donna Dickey, Iudy Ed- wards, Mona Treney, Phyllis larvis, and Sara Anson. Doug Wist explains polar navigation in a Global Geog- raphy class. Seated are: Peter Plaia, Budd Zesinger, Edith Kleitz. Standing are: Dorwin Nelson, Mary Pittenger, Doug Wist, Yvonne Robinson, Bar- bara Selby, Nancy Olmstead.

President, Max Bauman, calls his Student Council to order. Their big project at Christmas time was to raise enough mon- ey to pay the fare ot some tor- eign student to come to our school next year. The cam- paign, known as Share the Fare, was a complete success. Max explains the poster on the Share the Fare campaign to ludy lenks, Patt Nietch, Iudy Fiedler, and Denny Orosz. -s-if Miss Sellars has the rapt attention ot her Sth grade cooking class when she teaches them how to make delicious custards.
