Theatec £2 38 fi - ■ ? 8 Features Divider Feature highlights include a mixture of events, people and activities. The quality of events is obvious: from Metropolitan Opera star Roberta Peters, the Southern rock of the Charlie Daniels Band, and popular comedienne Phyllis Newman. These performances were held during the first semester alone. For the second year, an interview with Dr. Carrier provides insight into the university ' s president as he enters his eleventh year in office. For the first time, features included a look into the governing of the university by the Board of Visitors, the faculty senate and the university council. Activities of the year included the ever-popular Spring Fever, the Visiting Scholars Program, and the Fine Arts Series. This, however, is only a partial list. Much more is inside features.
