J.V. BASKETBALL After the setback of losing Coach Clem, the Junior Hawks had to pull their efforts together with the assistance of Coach Elliot. The experience of the three juniors on the team helped make the change a little easier. Extra practice over Christmas vaca- tion gave the guys a lot of experience which will be helpful to them next year. After practicing ten hours and at least one match a week, our J.V. wrestlers learned that hard work is necessary to form a win- ning team. Under the leadership of Coach Mills, the wrestlers attended seven all-day tournaments. The 74-75 Swim Team put in a great year under the supervi- sion of Coach Spicer and Assistant Coach Becher. The mem- bers practiced in the Clairemont Boy's Club pool. They met from six to seven A.M. in the morning and one-thirty to three o'clock in the afternoon. The record-holding Chris Dixon in- fluenced the members with his good style and fast swimming.
