Madison Swimmers Start Water Polo Club ■ Enthusiastic swimmers organized a water polo club for the first year at Madison. During the summer members began playing through the Boys’ Club and belonged to a team headed by Don Abshcar. When school started the boys decided that they wanted a club on campus. Mrs. Ardapple and Mrs. Rosser agreed to sponsor it. Steve Byers served as president of the club. During the year the Water Polo Club tried, without success, to gain team status. They have layed the ground work for future teams and hope that next years' team will gain C.I.F. recognition. FROST ROW: Larry Blcnis, Randy Bell. Bruce Minnili. Dale Camathan. Bob Schumacher.
