Led by the Dean of the Western League, Coach John Hannon, the Hawks raced through the rest of the league while losing only once. During this time, the cagers soundly beat two of the county's top teams, Claircmont and Kearny. Bob MacKersie, Rich Hastings, and Craig Lanscr, along with tough Steve Brown and sophomore Rock Lee were recognized for superlative play throughout the season.
