Lorrie Mahaffey is Crowned Miss Madison of 1973 The second annual Miss Madison pageant was held in October 1972. Sponsored by the Future Homemakers of America, it was a great success. The sophomores provided entertain¬ ment with a skit and the majorettes also per¬ formed. The five semi-finalists were Diane Huband, Sheree Simmons, Jean Ball, Joyce Thompson and Lorrie Mahaffey. Congratulations go to the F.H.A., all the girls and master of ceremonies, Mr. Verciglio, for a beautiful pageant. Lorrie Mahaffey is crowned Miss Madison by last year ' s winner, Patty Jaggers. A delighted new winner smiles with Patty for the camera.
