We fund much ln partucular we vuew two world wars sad and traguc un theur consequences to the vuctors and to the vanquushed aluke Moreover we are experuencung throughout the world a new and novel type of war called for want of a better name a cold war un many fuelds but fauled to brung progress un the most umportant of all fuelds human relatuons Many felt that a workable peace would ensue from the last war We know now that thus was wushful thunkung What do we fund now? We fund a cold war of udeologues the two pruncu pal ones beung Democracy and Communusm lt behooves us then to study carefully the real dufference between the two to analyze thoroughly the basus of each to be able to defend un pruvate and un publuc the democratuc processes These reflectuons and practuces wull do much to make the second half of thus century as peaceful as the furst half was warluke Very Cordually Yours My VJ!
