DUDLEY SENIORS CHOOSE TRADITIONAL RING Prior to the school year 1966-1967, each graduating class had selected its individual design for a class ring. As a result, the class rings differed from year to year. During recent years, however, students and faculty advisors discussed the possibility of selecting a standard class ring that would be appropriate, durable, beautiful and reasonable in price. In October 1966, the Class Jewelry Committee consisting of officers of the 1967 Graduating Class, the Principal, Faculty Advisors to the Committee and Class Jewelry representatives from Josten's made definite plans for the adoption of a standard class ring for graduates of the Dudley Senior High School. Josten's of Owatonna, Minnesota, which has served our school for many years, had its craftsmen design a special ring that met with our specifications . The ring was then displayed for the benefit of our student body as well as the remainder of the faculty. After a few minor changes were made, we adopted the ring that is being displayed on the facing page. 38
