Toni Cameron, a senior, attended the Governor’s School of North Carolina in Dance during the summer )f 1967. She has studied ballet with leading ballet teachers and has been a performing member of the Treensboro Civic Ballet Company for three years. Toni, the only Dudley student who has been accepted ecently in the Governor’s School, appeared in a feature story about Governor’s School in LIFE MAGA¬ ZINE. The Governor’s School, a summer program for 400 exceptionally endowed youngsters from North ’arolina secondary schools, is for the development of new methods in education for the intellectually ifted and artistically talented high school student. The students are selected for outstanding academic chievement or artistic ability. J 209

Mr . Patron Norman Wrenn Norman Wrenn, rising senior, topped all boys in the Patron Drive with $53. His efforts brought the title his way along with a free yearbook. Norman likes to work with the year¬ book. He’s anxious to see its success.
