Students Conduct Research Projects Research programs led several Shanks students into local, regional and state science competition. Senior Kim Shaw re- ceived a grant to further her project at Florida ASM Universi- ty during the summer. To finance science fair participation, students sold chocolate bars. Local science fair competition was held at Shanks on February 25-26. Winners advanced to the regional fair at North Florida Christian School in Tallahas- see on March 25-26.
