FHA Club Studies Home Management Under the direction of sponsors Mrs. Harriett F. Bryant and Mrs. Ella Reed, the Future Homemakers of America Club stud- ied various methods of performing household chores and responsibilities. Club activities included aiding a distressed family and attending district and state FHA meetings. Officers of the club, which had an enrollment of fifty-two. were presi- dent. Fund Raising Leads To Exciting Trips Under the supervision of Mrs. Nanette Lawrence, the Foreign Language Club was busy holding fund-raising activities in- cluding car washes, car bashes, bake sales, candy sales, doughnut drives, and an elaborate Valentine dance entitled ''Cupid's Hideaway. These activities were held to raise enough money to take a trip to St. Augustine and to New Orleans. Club Member Robbi Yeomans hosted an Open Door Exchange Student, Claudia Alejandra Arenas de Mesa from Santiago, Chile. Gina Cooksey presides over the Foreign Language Club meeting.
