AUDREY DEBBIE VICKIE PATTI CHRISTY NANCY MELODY PEP CLUB Leading the songs and cheers at all games, rallies, assemblies, swim and track meets was the job of the Pep Club members of 1968 - 69. The songleaders for this year were Audrey Wilson, Patti Walker, Vickie Rogers, Debbie Nickalou, Christy Mares and Nancy Bradford. Their outfits consisted of green and gold plaid dresses with green and gold paper pom- pons, and gold knee socks and shoes. The girls in the green jumpers with plaid on the sides, over gold sweaters with green knee socks and crickettes were the ninth grade cheerleaders . They were Lou Ann Hoffman, Laura Dillard, Jana Mozzini and Jerri Creason. The eighth grade cheerleaders Whose out- fits consisted of green and gold plaid coulotte skirts with matching knee socks and sweaters were, Melody Maxon, Nancy Dillard, Randi Creason and Carla Mendes. All these girls were full of pep and spirit during the year, trying to raise the school spirit of Jacobs at all games and meets. Their routines were all original, made up by them during the summer vacation and vari- ous meetings during Weekends, school days, and at lunch times. 70
