FBLA creoles inieresf in business occupations The Future Business Leaders of America seek to create more inter- est and understanding in the intelli- gent choice of business occupa- tions. Students must have taken one business course or be currently enrolled in a business course to become a member. jacksonville High School FBLA received its charter Novem- ber l, l972. Since that time, the club members have participated in district and state conventions which are held each year. At these conven- tions the members compete with other members throughout the state in various business skills. The Future Homemakers of America emphasize the importance of worthy home membership, and work towards a good home and family life. Requirements for membership are that the student is enrolled or has had one year of Home Economics. Mem- bers must have a desire to work and participate.
