Administration The administration is composed of the school board, the district central office, and the principals at the school. School board elections are held every two years with half of the positions being filled at each election. Before the academic year begins, the department handles pre-registration in the spring. Then, the week before school starts, the guidance department helps register every student, making sure that the student is taking courses which fit his or her needs and which will keep the student in line for graduation. Throughout the year, the guidance department is on hand to help with personal or school related crises. It also provides help for future educational or occupational plans.
