Administration Mr. Jewell A. Mann, superintendent of School District ll7, has his M.A. from the University of Illinois. He is in charge of supervising the schools cmd personnel and is well known and respected for the work he car- ries on. Mr. Courtney Ford, the assistant superintendent, re- ceived his M.A. from Washington University. He deals with the budget and maintenance of the buildings. His capable performance is of great assistance to Mr. Mann. Mr. Farrel Patterson, principal of .l.H.S., holds an M.A. from the University of Illinois. He handles the running of the school and all the problems that arise. His friendliness and courtesy to each student at J.H.S. is appreciated by all. Mr. Patterson Board of Control The main function of the Board of Control is to oFfer mature judgment in the control of the finances of the activities fund. Miss Evans Counselors Miss Elsie Evans, guidance counselor for girls, has her M.A. from Columbia University. Her readiness and ability to help students is appreciated by us all. Mr. Al Rosenberger and Mr. Bernard Gregory are the guidance counselors for boys.
