g...J ..., FRESHMAN CLASS HISTORY QD Gb Once upon 1 time there were two brothers w ao were so fond of each other that they were alvvavs to be found together The name of one brother was David Prince and the other one was High School Each brot mer worked hard for nine months in the year and then rested three months One day in the spring of YQ 4 when the two brothers had been talking to gether for some time Daud Prince sighed deeply Why do vou sign? asked Hlgh School Because I hate to give up the Eighth Grade was the answer They are such a line bunch of youngsters brilliant capable talented full of pep and Jolly good sports Thev are xerv unusual brother Such a class as this has never entered your doors before. I know vou'll like them and have numerous reasons to be proud of them all through their high school career. After hearing these words spoken so earnestly by his dear brother it is not to be wondered at that High School waited very impatiently for school to com- mence in the fall. When at last it did, High School, eager to see if his brother had told the truth, watched the baby class carefully. He soon found that the only fault with David Princes story was that he had not praised this wonderful class enough. High School was greatly interested in a class meeting that was held soon after school began for the purpose of choosing a class adviser. Later when he was telling his brother about it he said. I was so proud of them when they chose Miss Struck for adviser. She will certainly make a splendid one, and the lF'JliifffilllfVf!lltilV4llWllSlF-Wal lrrJ,liC4lgla1F1'9llIiVi'allEl l p., 'Fwc-nity-oi A smaeaelllsralarmrafnrdfllfalllrturilllelrialaaalafwara ' if l 1 J l T- I I I il ' F S
