Phys. Ed. Students Learn The Value Of Health Two years ot physical education are recjuired in this school ' s scholastic program, ])ut a .stu- dent may take it three or four years if he de- sires. The objective of the course is to develop physical stamina and muscular co-ordination, and to teach students methods of maintaining their bodies in later life. The rules and funda- mentals of different athletic games are also taught— for example, volleyball, badminton, and kickball. Great interest in the course is illus- trated by the large size of the junior-senior physical education class. Special events also play an important part in the daih ' schedule.
