SE IOR CLASS HISTORY It is 1953 and we are starting out in high school. That is the first bell you hear ringing. Let us see what happened to us that year. For our class sponsors we had Mrs. Florence Gordon and Mr. Robert Furney. For class officers we had as follows: President, Paul Manypennyg Vice President, Diane Purdyg Secretary, Don Prestong Treasurer, Larry Lam- bertg and Student Council Representative, Jim Hash. In our Sophomore year our sponsors were Mr. John Doyle and Mr. E. P. Van Auken. The class officers were: President, Paul Manypennyg Vice President, Don Prestong Secretary, Diane Purdyg Treasurer, Nancy Urich. As in our first year we had many members of our class partici- pating in the many school activities. Now we are juniors and we find ourselves swamped with things to do. Sell magazines, pick rings, get ready for the prom and many other things that come with being a Junior. We were grateful to our sponsors Mrs. Edna Goodwin and Mr. John Doyle for the help they gave us during this year. The class officers for this year were: Presi- dent, Bill Dicksong Vice President, Larry Lambert: Secretary, Mavis Henryg Treasurer, Jim Hash. Our Senior year! It seemed like it would never get here. As in our Junior year we have had lots to do and little time to do it in. A number of our boys have participated in sports and the rest of the class has been engaged in many other activities such as cheerleading, Homecoming, May Dance, Musicals and many other activities that have occurred throughout the year. Our class sponsors are: Mrs. Mary Lucy Lauban and Mr. John Doyle. The class officers are: President, Delmer Stanleyg Vice President, Jim Hash: Secretary, Margaret Har- deng and Treasurer, Kenneth Miller. K
