Metzler, J. McKee, J. Marshall, E. Hess, P. Dierkes. We started our Junior year by having a magazine subscription drive, in which we made over 3400. Cur class rings arrived on December 21, 1953. Cur sponsors were Mrs. Kovachik and Mr. Brinkley. The class officers were: President, Lawrence Baytosg Vice-President, Phyllis Kurzawag Secretary, Cla Ann Book, Co-Treasurers, Ruth Ann Lehotsky and Ed Hess, Student Couh- cil Rep. Mary Kovach. Several of our boys participated in the various sports. Nancy Truitt was chosen varsity cheerleader and Phyllis Kurzawa was chos- eg reserve cheerleader. We also had several members in both the band and c orus.
