Dedication WMM Ralph Carroll was born in Wood County near Waterville May 21st 1929 to Mr. gm Mrs. Forrest Carroll. He attended Grand Rapids, Ohio High School. He graduated from Toledo University in 1954 with a Bachelor ot Science Degree. Mr. Carroll then taught at West Unity tor five years. ln 1958 Mr. Carroll graduated with a Master of Education from Toledo University. Mr. Carroll started teaching at Jackson-Liberty in 1959. Mr. Carroll resides in Kansas, Ohio with his wife Shirley, Kindergarten teacher, and their three year old son Michael. We, the 1961 graduates ot Jackson-Liberty wish to dedicate this last edition of the Blue and Gold to Mr. Ralph Carroll who has shown great interest in the students of Jackson-Liberty.
