Coach Paul Roush's quintet, consisting of juniors and seniors, entered the Darke County Tournament against Franklin-Monroe. After leading early in the campaign the Redskins were defeated by the Jets 48-42. The Redskin's next encounter resulted in their fourth victory over the Union City Demons 51-46. Jackson was eliminated from the tourney by the Ansonia Tigers 50-47. The prospects for next year are favorable but Coach Roush may have to include a rehabilitation program as he will be plagued by the loss of seven seniors: Rod Armstrong, Dick Scott, Al Hurley, Duane Kester, Don Stocksdale, and Rodg Armstrong.
