Eleanor Stocksdale has a voice that's very good. We hope she makes out as well as she she should1. One day, let's hope we'll be proud to relate That little 'Lenore was our classmate'. Marlene Swallow is the president of the Senior Band; She's a girl we know is grand'. (And, no doubt, Jim knows it, too.) So, Marlene, it looks as though we all love you'. Herman Washington is a black-haired boy, Who is, we're sure, his father's pride and joy. When asked to do something, with a sigh, He only says How? and never Why? Jeanette Weiss, who never says die, Makes an A, or doesn't try----- She helps us all, and is really swell'. (And Dick agrees, so all is well'.) Sally Ann Wisner's not exactly dumb. She, too, wraps studies around her thumb'. (And though Donnie would like to give her a diamond ring, We're sure she doesn't want the old thing'.) Joyce Wright, whom everyone calls Jo, Is quiet and unassuming, as all of you know. But she also is just loads of fun--- (As soon as she gets her studying done'.) And this is all of us--- Yes, we are through. We just want to say Best Wishes To you, and you, and you'. And please---- Carry on the traditions of Jackson, Continue in her virtue, her fame. Spread her fair, of fairest names'. To you, the classes yet to come, We, the Class of '51, Throw the torch of learning. Hold it high'. 25
