Without a knowledge of our own native tongue, much of our heritage of fine literature is lost to us, and the acquisition of further learning is made much more difficult. With the current emphasis on science, our own science depart- ment keeps abreast ofthe times with the addition of new equipment and new courses. Progressive teachers, methods and materials make our school most adequate in the modem competent way.
