Junior Class Officers .711 .Vo A JUNIOR CLASS LOFFICEIRSJ Paul Medley .lo Ann Hanners Harriet McDowell Nancy Ellis lPresidc-ntl QVice-Presidentj QSecretaryj QTreasurerj Junior Class Pla The Junior Class presented the play, Father Of The Bride, on the night of April l, to a very appreciative audience. The cast gave a fine performance. The three act comedy was a hilarious story about an average family who had the same pro- cedure to go through as other families when a daughter decides to get married. This particular family had a few extra troubles. From the instant that Mr. Banks, father, learned of Kay's in- tentions toward a fellow named Buckley Something-or-other, he was tossed like a Pinball from crisis to crisis. l-le went through the usual procedure of meeting the in-laws, having a financial talk with the groom-to-be, and the shattering conferences on who is to be invited. The wed- ding plans became so involved that Mr. Banks offered Kay SS 1500 to elope. Of course, this didn't meet with her approval, Kay and Buckley had the iritroubles before the wedding, but they always seemed to patch up their quarrels. Kay's two younger brothers didn't help matters any with all their brainstorms, but everything seemed to work out fine by the day of the wedding. The cast included: Mr. Banks, Bill Heydeg Mrs. Banks, Donna Malone: Kay Banks, Martha Andersong Ben Banks, Jerry Lorbergg Tommy Banks, Don Luet-jeg Buckley Dunstan, Terry Beg- leyg Buzz Taylor, Kenneth Hagerg Peggy Swift, Carol Ann Hackerg Delilah, Pat Illersg Miss Bellamy, Nancy Ellisg Mr. Massoula, Jack Pooker, Joe, Dewey Riehng Mrs. Pulitzki, Joan Noth- durftg Red, Jim Woeltjeg Pete, James Mooreg Tim's Man, Lloyd Whitledge. The play was directed by Miss Sarah Jenkins, .i,:w:'fb 33 x. QVJ'
