1-.. Dedication Everyone has noticed a certain teacher who roams the hall of Jackson High School with a warm smile and sharp hello, Mr. Cecil Ramga. Mr. Ramga was born in Auglaize County, Ohio. He grad- uated from Wapakoneta High School and received his de- gree from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Ramga is the teacher with the longest years of service to the Jackson Local School System. He came to Jackson in 1928 with seven years of past experience. He has served Jackson as Principal of the fourth through eighth grades, sixth grade teacher, biology teacher and general science teacher. Mr. Ramga with his wife, Mildred, resides on a farm on Evergreen Drive near lVIcDonaldsville. He has three grown children all of whom he is very' proud of. In McDonaldsville he is an active citizen and church leader. He has held many positions in the lVlcDonaldsville Church and is presently the Treasurer of that Church. All these responsibilities are great but we of the annual staff feel his greatest responsibility for the past thirty years has been the Scoop. It takes hard work and patience to put an annual together, but to have put thirty annuals together in the past thirty years demands recognition-So we of the annual staff would like to dedicate this, the 1968 Scoop, to Mr. Ramga and say thanks from ourselves and from all past staffs.

We have learned, in our small way to care for other people in the whole world and in our community. As we help our community through various projects, drives, and activities, it in turn aid: us by supporting us in school functions. Our community grows with the cultures added by new people.
