Co-Dedication MR. CECIL RAMGA We would also like to dedicate the 1963 Scoop to our advisor, Mr. Cecil Ramga. He has executed two main services in the past twenty-five years. He has been the advisor of the yearbook staff and he has taught various classes. This year we, the annual staff, dedicate the 1963 Scoop to Mr. Preston Lawrence.
