NUTRITIONAL STAFF: Evelyn Brumbaugh, Mar- garet Seifert, Louisabelle Williams, Lois Weister, Emma Stamman, Helen Bright, June Thompson, Laura Puente, Ethel Culler, Virginia Swart, Supervisor. Balanced meals are the chief concern of these ladies. Although many of these women are mothers of Jackson students, they spend the greater part of the day preparing hot lunches for the students. These queens of the culinary art work in a clean, sanitary kitchen turning out nutritious meals. The students at Jackson appreciate their fine work. The clean, pleasant atmosphere at Jackson can be accredited to the custodians. These nine men are re- sponsible for the condition of the buildings and grounds. Most students don't realize the time and work spent by these men in the maintenance of the building. More consideration and appreciation should be given to these men. CLASSES Within the past two and one-half decades many per- sonable students have passed through these hallowed halls. Their decided marks of dis- tinction still remain either with the teaching staff or with their classmates. No matter how much we proclaimed our dislike for homework, tests, report cards, and discipline, the day of graduation brings with it a ring of finality and we quick- ly review our high school days with a wave of nostal- gia. 27
