Sgt.-at-Arms 5 .1 Seniors at last! lt seems as though the highest aim of a high school student is to be- come a senior. The last year of high school is a busy one for a senior. In the fall, football absorbed the interest of most seniors. Twenty members of the class were on the varsity team, and six of them placed on the all-county team. To the Class of 56 was given the honor of sponsoring the first program in the new auditorium. A play, Buy Iupiter was very successfully presented on November 18. The swishing of dresses sounded a brushy accompaniment to the music of Paul Bingley and Orchestra at the Senior Prom. This Christ- 0,35- Q- mas dance was held on December 28, at Wil- lowdale Club House. After the dance every- one went to the Park Theatre in North Canton to see a movie. Soon after Christmas vacation, exams were upon all. Following exams, all happenings seemed to focus upon graduation. Measuring for caps and gowns, ordering name cards and announcements, writing the class will, history. and prophecy, scholarship tests, and selection of a college or university all consumed the time of the Seniors. As a finale to twelve years of school. the class of 1956 were privileged to be the first to graduate in the new Iackson auditorium. ffawe dead.. Upon Florence As a She has MRS.
