MAT MEN Roger Wilson and Kenyon Wood demonstrate a fundamental wrestling hold. Although the wrestling team, coached by Mr. Bender, didn't have one of its best sea- sons, the wrestlers and their loyal fans had lots of spirit and we are sure they will have a winning team next year. Ken Sayles, Iohn Washburn, and Ed Thompson were the most impressive wrestlers on the squad. The team beat Battle Creek twice and forced Ann Ar- bor to go all out to Win. Iackson made a comeback and won fourth place in the state meet at East Lansing, which enabled them to finish the season in fine style.
