Honor Society The National Honor Society was formed to Honor those who have excelled in four major areas: character; scholarship, leadership, and service. To be qualified for membership in the National Honor Society, the student must be a Junior or Senior who ranks in the upper third of his class. The members are elected by the faculty. The National Honor Society has two Induction Ceremonies. One in the fall, which takes in Seniors, and one in the spring, which takes in Juniors. To be a member of the National Honor Society is a great honor and a goal every student should try to reach. 25
