RIE Memories .... so dear to everyone’s heart. We, the Senior Class of nineteen hundred and fifty-two, will always remember our “growing up” years with their successes and, I’m afraid, their failures. Most of us started school together, and we learned to know each other well. Now, as we graduate, we will be saying “so long” to our associates and friends, as each of us goes his way. Not really away, perhaps, hut into a new, different adult life filled with people whom we will meet and associate with in a different manner. This should not seem strange to us, because this is what we have been preparing for; through the years our teachers have taught us how to cope with new situations. Most of us were born during the times which we hear our parents call “the depression”. But each of us since that time has developed a strong faith and a lasting hope for an ultimate peace throughout the world. With our extensive training, we know we can help work toward God’s goal of brotherhood among all people. This is why we will always hold our school years among our most precious memories. Here we have learned to understand our fellow-man, to give more than take, and to use our freedoms in the right ways. We will continue to learn more of course, but the basis of this knowledge and our desire to increase it started in school. We wish to thank the Faculty and all others for making this wonderful free education possible and hope we will maks you proud of us. We also wish to pass this word on to our successors: “What You Are To Be, You Are Now Becoming”.
