“
Che Senior Class of Jackson School Blestport, 3ndtana presents Cheir 1964 JVnnual (foItUtt J8r earns” (Cannot forget Having laid aside our high school studies, we shall be leaving Jackson High School: but we cannot forget all our years of education, responsibilities, fun, and friends. Some of us, as we leave, will go with happiness; but each of us shall take some memory of our school with him. So, we, the class of 1964, proudly present our •’Golden Dreams” as a fond remembrance of our school years. 3 We, the Senior Class of 1964, wish to dedicate our annual Golden Dreams , to the fond memory of Nancy Jo Stainbrook, whom God took from us on April 27, 1963. Nancy Maybe a heart needed softening So God loaned Nancy to us for awhile; Those true lips and bright eyes. And that innocent Angel Smile. But our world was surely brightened By the child who could not stay. But God needed Nancy To bloom in his garden today. So he transplanted that rose bud Which we loved for such a short while, But the world is better 'Twas enriched by her bright eyes and Angel Smile. In 1931, this ancient Indiana truck was a record breaker. Powered by Cummins Diesel, it went 14,600 miles without an engine stop-13 535 miles without a truck stop---10,005 miles without refueling. More than just setting new records, the dramatic event marked the diesel's entry into the trucking industry. ' Growth of Cummins Engine Company in the trucking field has been even more dramatic. From a small operation housed in a garage, Cuimiins has become the world's largest independent producer of high speed diesel engines, with over 1,000 sales and service points throughout the United States and the free world. New compact V6 and V8 diesels are the result of our continuing efforts to force the pace of the industry. Little over a year old, these remarkable gas-size diesels have already set records for efficiency and economy. If you are seeking a challenging career with a growing organization, we encourage you to investigate the opportunities with our Company.
